Dear Parents:
Tomorrow is an exciting day. We will be back at school and will have an Eclipse Party. You as parents are invited to come beginning 1:30 until 2:20. K-8 will receive glasses with the correct "specs" and will go outside behind the gym. Please bring glasses for yourself if you wish to view the eclipse and lawn chairs if you want to sit. We will have a dress down day-$1.00 to help defray the cost of the glasses. Dress in cosmic, star, moon, sun, clothing or Charger Spirit clothing! Preschool students follow instructions sent by your teachers.
Any student going outside must return the permission slips that went home before spring break. Any student without permission slips will view the eclipse in the library under supervision.
We would like to treat students with fun eclipse related treats, (starburst, capri sun, etc.), so if you would like to send treats for you class please do so. If you can come around 12:30 or 1:00 tomorrow to help put goody bags together before the 1:30 party it will be appreciated. Email Linda Bromer if you can help.
